Nozzle check valves are non-slam valves suitable for all liquid and gaseous media and are heat-resistant as a result for the use of high-quality metal materials and non-corroding internal components. Low friction movement, low weight due to the compact design, and short disc stoke ensure stable, maintenance-free operation, even in minimum flow applications.

Torque of the springs are designed according to the flow rates to ensure that the valves are in the fully open position during normal use. This minimizes cycling of the spring, reducing the valves operational problems and avoiding the need to regular maintenance. The valve is designed to provide stable and shock-free closure within fractions of a second thanks to their short closure paths and low moving masses.

Typical applications include, for example, water pumping stations, water distribution network, seawater desalination plants, oil pipelines, iron and steel plants, chemicals plants, water-wastewater treatment plants, power generation plants, gas compressor stations, etc.
